"Play Your Cards Right – O abordare multidisciplinară pentru combaterea dependenței de jocuri de noroc și managementul financiar eficient"

"Play Your Cards Right" urmărește dezvoltarea și implementarea unei metodologii inovatoare și integrate pentru sprijinirea persoanelor afectate de dependența de jocuri de noroc și pentru promovarea unui management financiar sănătos. Proiectul se adresează profesioniștilor din domeniile socio-medical, psihologic și financiar, precum și familiilor și îngrijitorilor persoanelor afectate, din cele patru țări participante.

În cadrul proiectului vor fi dezvoltate următoarele activități principale:

Crearea unui program de formare internațională pentru o echipă multidisciplinară de 20 de profesioniști, care va include training-uri specializate și schimburi de bune practici.
Organizarea de sesiuni de formare naționale pentru 300 de participanți (profesioniști și familii) în cele patru țări, axate pe abordări inovatoare în sprijinul persoanelor cu dependență de jocuri de noroc.
Dezvoltarea și diseminarea unei serii de resurse educaționale (module de e-learning, ghiduri, broșuri informative) accesibile prin platforme online dedicate, pentru a facilita schimbul de cunoștințe și experiențe între profesioniști și pentru a oferi suport famililor și îngrijitorilor.

Proiectul "Play Your Cards Right" este finanțat de Uniunea Europeană, contribuind la consolidarea cooperării internaționale și la creșterea capacității de intervenție în fața unei probleme sociale tot mai acute. Description: "Play Your Cards Right" aims to develop and implement an innovative and integrated methodology to support individuals affected by gambling addiction and to promote healthy financial management. The project targets professionals from the socio-medical, psychological, and financial fields, as well as families and caregivers of affected individuals, from the four participating countries.

The project will carry out the following main activities:

Creating an international training program for a multidisciplinary team of 20 professionals, which will include specialized training sessions and exchanges of best practices.
Organizing national training sessions for 300 participants (professionals and families) in the four countries, focused on innovative approaches to supporting individuals with gambling addiction.
Developing and disseminating a series of educational resources (e-learning modules, guides, informational brochures) accessible through dedicated online platforms, to facilitate knowledge and experience exchange among professionals and to provide support to families and caregivers.

Asociatia Educatie Pentru Viata Reala (Romania)

Expertise: Focus on financial education, entrepreneurship training for young people and adults, and development of educational tools. Known for transforming financial profit into social profit and creating employability at the local level.
Role in Project: Coordination of the creation of the methodology, monitoring progress, respecting deadlines, and conducting online meetings. Specializes in financial and debt management, and financial coaching.

Produções Fixe Unipessoal Lda (Portugal)

Expertise: Non-formal education provider focusing on training in social and youth work, community building for employability, and development & design of educational tools. Known for creating employability at the local level and developing educational tools.
Role in Project: Development of the methodology for better understanding gambling addiction, conducting online meetings, and organizing a working meeting in Portugal for the design of the methodology.

Asociatia Aliat pentru Sanatate Mintala (Romania)

Expertise: Specializes in mental health and addiction prevention and treatment programs. Known for its innovative approach to alcohol and addiction treatment through the ALCOHELP project and the Victoriei Aliat Psychotherapy Clinic.
Role in Project: Elaborating methodology tools for community support in addiction, conducting online meetings, and organizing working meetings in Romania for integrating feedback and strategies development.

Ayuntamiento de Ceutí (Spain)

Expertise: Public body with a focus on cultural activities, health promotion, and social services. Active in EU projects for promoting healthy lifestyles and addressing addiction issues in the community.
Role in Project: Development of methodology tools for working with families and dealing with codependency, organizing working meetings in Spain, and integrating feedback from professionals about the methodology.

Klinika za psihijatriju Vrapce (Croatia)

Expertise: The largest psychiatric institution in Croatia with a long history of treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, using modern treatment methods including pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and sociotherapy.
Role in Project: Elaborating on the methodology tools for understanding addiction gambling, conducting online meetings, and organizing a working meeting in Croatia for feedback integration on the methodology.
